New equipment & upgrades
Need a new laptop, PC, NAS, printer or networking kit?
We recommend, supply, configure and install the right solution for your requirements and your budget, rather than the biggest number on the page, and we make sure everything is configured correctly and working as expected before we leave.
Buying the computer is the easy part
A new machine out of the box is a week of small annoyances. It's the setting up that people dread, and rightly.
The specification that looked impressive but has the wrong ports. The laptop that can't drive two screens. The office PC bought on price that everyone is still waiting for at nine o'clock every morning.
We'll tell you what actually matters for what you do, and quite often that the machine you already own would be transformed by an SSD and some memory for a fraction of the price.

Common questions
What people ask before they buy
Do I have to buy the equipment through you?
No. Plenty of people ask us what to get and then buy it themselves, and we're happy to set up a machine you've bought elsewhere. Supplying it ourselves simply means it arrives ready rather than needing another appointment.
Will everything from my old computer be on the new one?
That's the job. Documents, photos, email, contacts, bookmarks and the software you use, moved across and checked with you before the old machine is wiped. Nothing gets erased until you're happy.
Is it worth putting an SSD in a machine this old?
Usually, if the machine is otherwise sound and still supported. It's the cheapest large improvement in computing. Where it isn't worth it, because of a failing battery, a dying screen or an unsupported version of Windows, we'll say so.
Can you supply for a whole office at once?
Yes. Machines specified consistently, built the same way, named sensibly and deployed with accounts, mail and files ready. It pairs naturally with business IT support if you'd like them kept that way afterwards.
Do you sell to home customers as well as businesses?
Yes, and it's a good reason to ask before buying. Household machines are where the gap between what's advertised and what suits you is widest. See home computer support for the rest.
