We're an independent IT company based in Farnborough, looking after businesses and households across Hampshire and Surrey. You get a named engineer who already knows your setup, not a ticket number and a fresh explanation every time.

Our goal is simple: to provide honest, reliable and professional technology support that keeps your systems running smoothly and takes the stress out of technology.
Reality Computer Services has been trading since 2003. In that time the technology has changed out of all recognition and the job hasn't changed at all: work out what's actually wrong, fix it, and explain it in words that make sense.
Most of our work comes from recommendation. Business customers such as Syntech Recruitment, Moneyways UK, HR Solutions, DTC and PPB Accountancy have stayed with us for years, and a good share of our home customers were sent to us by a neighbour or a relative who'd been helped out of a hole.
Being small is the point. Darren answers the phone, does the work, and remembers how your systems are put together. There's no call centre in between, and nobody reading your problem off a script for the first time.

Honest about what you need
Including when that's less than you asked for. We've talked plenty of people out of a new computer and into a £60 upgrade, and out of a monthly agreement they wouldn't have used.
We answer the phone
You'll speak to Darren, or get a call back. When you're mid-crisis, the thing that matters most is reaching a human who can start doing something about it.
Genuinely local
Farnborough based, covering Hampshire and Surrey on site. Remote support isn't limited by geography, so customers who move away often stay with us anyway.
How we work
Three ways we get to the problem
Most things don't need a visit. When they do, we come to you. And when the machine has to come to us, we collect it and bring it back.
Remote support
You call, we connect to your screen with your permission, and you watch what we do. Software faults, email problems and Microsoft 365 are often resolved in that one session, without anyone travelling.
On-site visits
For networks, Wi-Fi, cabling, servers, NAS and new equipment we come to you anywhere in Hampshire and Surrey, and we don't leave until it works and you know how to use it.
Collection & return
Repairs, drive upgrades and data recovery are handled at the bench. We collect the machine, work on it, and bring it back set up exactly as it was, with your files intact.
