How we work
Most things don't need a visit. When they do, we come to you. And when the machine has to come to us, we collect it and bring it back.
You call, we connect to your screen with your permission, and you watch every step of what we do. Software faults, email problems, Microsoft 365 and slow machines are often resolved in that one session, without anyone travelling.
For networks, Wi-Fi, cabling, servers, NAS and new equipment we come to your premises or your home anywhere in Hampshire and Surrey. We don't leave until it works and you know how to use it.
Laptop repairs, screen replacements, drive upgrades and data recovery are handled at the bench. We collect the machine, work on it, and bring it back set up exactly as you left it, with your files intact.

About us
Reality Computer Services has been supporting businesses and households from Farnborough since 2003. It's a family-run company, and the engineer who takes your call is the same one who fixes the fault and rings you back afterwards.
That's the whole proposition. No ticket queue, no offshore first line, no reading from a script. Businesses stay with us for years because we already know how their systems are put together, and home customers send their friends because we explain things without making anyone feel foolish.
